Our mission is

Velocity

You can find us at the intersection of pace and purpose: always two steps ahead and anticipating what will come next.

Everything we do — from ramping up production to the proactive optimization of your line — is done with the aim of maximum velocity.

For our clients, that means each equipment solution will advance your operation, and you can count on us to maintain project momentum.

For our team, we create velocity by way of professional growth and career trajectory. And by investing in our workforce, we provide opportunity and prosperity for Roseburg — so we’re proud to contribute to the high-velocity growth of our local community.

Our Values
Value 01

Own
It

We take pride in a job well done, which means setting ambitious goals and then following through to meet them. This also requires us to speak our minds and lead by example — fostering collective ownership of ideas, challenges, and successes alike.

Value 02

Stay
Curious

Whether interacting with a machine or a person, better solutions start with better questions. We embrace change and perpetual curiosity in our work — enabling us to not only expand our own skills, but also share that knowledge with those around us.

Value 03

Build
Connection

We are builders at heart. But our most important work is in building relationships — with each other, our clients, and our community. We strengthen those bonds by practicing empathy, sharing wins, and showing up with energy and intention in everything we do.

Community
Impact

Our roots in Roseburg run deep, and community engagement is at the heart of who we are. The investment is mutual: while we contribute to the growth and prosperity of Roseburg, the community, in turn, supports and inspires us.

We actively invest in mentorship and career development by collaborating with local high schools, colleges, and workforce development programs. We aim to strengthen our community by nurturing talent and empowering the next generation to succeed.

Our Legacy of Innovation

Con-Vey has a long history in the wood products industry of Southern Oregon. Founded in 1946 as Keystone Machine Works, we started out as a fabrication and machine shop focused on repair work for local mills. Since then, we’ve expanded quite a bit — into material handling and robotics for building products, automation technology, bulk and biomass handling, environmental projects, and agricultural processing.

More than 75 years later, we’re proud to be a world-class industrial automation solutions company — providing proprietary, durable, American-made machinery to nearly 20 countries.

See yourself here?

Con-Vey is growing fast, and we’re always looking for curious builders and innovators to join our team.

Industry Partnerships

ABB Rockwell Automation Composite Panel Association Engineered Wood Technology Association

Our work wouldn’t be possible without a network of trusted vendors and manufacturers who share our commitment to quality. We’re proud to be preferred partners of industry leaders like ABB Robotics and Rockwell Automation. We’re also a longtime member of the Composite Panels Association (CPA) and Engineered Wood Technology Association (EWTA) — and a multi-year recipient of EWTA’s Supplier of the Year.
