HISTORY OF QUALITY
Con-Vey opened its doors over 75 years ago as a fabrication and machine shop focusing on repair work for the local wood mills. Since our beginning in 1946 as Keystone Machine Works, we’ve shifted and combined forces with manufacturing professionals to become what we are today: a world-class solutions company for industrial equipment.
From steel fabrication to robotic automation, customers know they can come to Con-Vey for high-quality products at a competitive price. Our commitment to innovation has facilitated our expansion into material handling and robotics for building products, automation technology, bulk and biomass handling, environmental projects, and agricultural processing.
We pride ourselves on handling demanding projects, creating innovative custom machinery, and integrating effective solutions for our customers. Today, Con-Vey is a proven, high-quality supplier with proprietary machinery in nearly 20 countries.
DESIGN
Con-Vey has complete in-house Mechanical and Electrical Engineering departments. We utilize the latest technology, including Autodesk 3D modeling and simulation software. This technology provides our engineers with the ability to better visualize projects, employ simulations, prototype, spot design flaws early in the process, and design for real-world conditions–making us very efficient and economical. For projects that require computations, finite element stress analysis, and detail design, our licensed professional engineering team has the tools and experience needed.
Our team’s experience and knowledge doesn’t stop there. PLC System Design and Programming, Robotic Control Systems, Human Machine Interface (HMI), Variable Speed Drives, and Motor Control are all within our Controls Engineers’ capability. We also provide custom panel fabrication in our UL 508A & CSA certified Electrical Panel Shop.

Manufacturing
Our skilled Fabricators and Machinists are experienced craftsman and have the knowledge to do the job right. Con-Vey’s Journeyman Welders are AWS certified and our custom fabrication group specializes in the fabrication and assembly of steel, stainless, and aluminum components.
Con-Vey’s facility contains over 100,000 square feet of assembly space and houses Southern Oregon’s largest, full-service machine shop filled with CNC mills and lathes. We are able to manufacture replacement parts for all of the equipment we sell and most others. Our shop is also equipped with several 5-ton and 10-ton overhead cranes, a shot blasting room, painting facilities, a CNC plasma burn table, shears, and ironworkers—making us a complete, one-stop shop for all your manufacturing needs.

Con-Vey was selected as EWTA’s 2019 and 2021 Supplier of the Year in the Equipment & Tooling category among a total of over 60 nominees!
